Calcifications pleomorphism, coarse heterogeneous linear, fine linear branching in ductal distribution etc. Workup of new calcifications with high-quality magnification views and using appropriate BI-RADS help in predicting the likelihood of malignancy followed by stereotactic biopsy to obtain pathological diagnosis.
