Studies on the in Vivo Glycerolipid and Fatty Acid Metabolism in Pea RootsRelatively little information is available concerning patterns of lipid and fatty acid metabolism in roots in comparison to leaves. We report here our findings on the . lipid metabolism from 14C- acetate and 14C-glycerol in pea roots as part of a comprehensive approach towards under-standing root lipid metabolism.
