,NMR Analysis of Bioprotective Sugars: Sucrose and Oligomeric (1→2)-α-,-glucopyranosyl-(1→2)-β-,-fru.-fructofuranoside. Their smallest representative is sucrose for which conflictingmodels try to explain its cryoprotective properties.
