The Single Atom Maser, Chaos and Order of Ions in a Trap and Rydberg Atoms in Crossed Electric and Melds will be reviewed. In the latter experiment the electric dipole moment of the atoms in the external fields is determined. For this purpose the deflection of the atoms in an inhomogeneous electric field was investigated.
