Ultrastructural Morphological Measurement of Human Sperm,structural morphometry is not routinely applied and cannot reflect the natural sizes of sperm components, it should be useful in research for an additional quantitative evaluation of the components of spermatozoa. In this chapter, the ultrastructural morphometry of sperm components obtained using the SEM measuring system is presented.
