Instrumentationroscopy tendoscopy and the two-portal hindfoot approach are mentioned including arthroscopes, probes, graspers, and curettes. Current dedicated ankle arthroscopy sets contain instruments of appropriate dimensions, curvature, and size. This chapter gives an overview as well as my personal selection of instruments.
