Peacebuilding at the Grassroots,rehabilitation would bring the Government of Sri Lankan (GoSL) and the Liberation Tigers of the Tamil Eelam (LTTE) together and establishing more normal conditions in the North and East, building trust between the Government and the Tamil population.
