Simple Ways to Complex Nanowires and Their Applicationwires, leading to a variation of the optical and electrical conductivity behaviour. The other is showing the fabrication of ZnO nanowires and their integration into microchips, it is demonstrated that they can be used as field effect transistors for sensor applications.Epidural-Space 发表于 2025-3-30 15:13:29

Zhonghua Huo,Ying Chen,Chunjian Huaction is investigated using time-resolved and magnetic-field-dependent photoluminescence measurements. From these results, it is possible to estimate the rate of non-radiative recombinations in these nanoparticles, which allows to determine the oscillator strength and the quantum yield independently.合并 发表于 2025-3-31 04:21:08
Waveguiding and Optical Coupling in ZnO Nanowires and Tapered Silica Fibersmulations based on the finite-difference time domain technique reproduce the experimental observations and allow for a study of the mode profiles and the coupling efficiencies for different angles between the silica and ZnO nanowire waveguides.TIGER 发表于 2025-3-31 05:12:43

Intrinsic Non-Exponential Decay of Time-Resolved Photoluminescence from Semiconductor Quantum Dotselated. It is shown that this effect leads to a non-exponential and excitation intensity-dependent decay of photoluminescence. The origin of the phenomenon is discussed in detail for a simplified situation. The full problem is studied numerically on the basis of a microscopic theory that includes Coulomb and carrier-photon correlation effects.
