Combinatorial Computational Biology of RNAperiments are conducted on 4 LFIs to verify the effectiveness of the proposed compression scheme. The simulated results demonstrate that our LFI compression scheme can achieve a high LFI compression performance and outperform the-state-of-art coding solution.

Interdisciplinary Systems Researchto quantize CSDV frames. The experimental results show that our compression scheme achieves a significant Bjontegaard Delta (BD)-PSNR improvement about 2–10 dB when compared to the standard video coding schemes, e.g. Uniform Scalar Quantization-Differential Pulse Code Modulation (USQ-DPCM) and H.265/HEVC.

Combinatorial Computational Biology of RNAptual rate distortion model is proposed, which takes saliency weight into consideration when performing rate-distortion optimization (RDO). Finally, the experimental results show our algorithm significantly improves the subjective quality of videos compressed by HEVC and gains of 0.61 dB in Y-PSNR.

The experiment results show that SPOS has the better performance compared with the state-of-the-art methods.
